A good criminal defense attorney is not cheap. We are able to offer our clients extended payment plans by outsourcing our payment plans to independent third party lenders. We are able to offer “no credit check” financing for terms of up to one year and terms of up to 5 years for individuals with higher credit scores. We Stick With What We Do Best
Our law office is a criminal defense law firm. That is what we do best. We have established business relationships with multiple lenders in order to get you the payment plan that fits your needs. We only work with lenders who offer unsecured loans, meaning no title loans and no mortgages. We do this as a service to our clients and do not receive any “commission” or “kickback” from any of our lenders. Some law firms will give short term payment plans, up to six months, for certain cases. Our lenders can provide you with financing up to 60 months.

We accept cash, check and credit card. If you are in need of a payment plan, we utilize BillMeLater by PayPal and GetFinancing which utilizes multiple lenders. For amounts of $1,500 to $3,500 please contact us so that we can let you know how much you qualify to borrow.
